Where can I see your jewellery in-store?
We’re now available at Two Boutique, based in Matakana Village next to the Farmer's Market.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal as the fastest and safest way to make an online payment. As well as Master Card and Visa.
Can I pay using Afterpay?
Yes! As of 1st March 2021 we have Afterpay available as a payment method.
What if the ring I ordered is the wrong size?
In the event that the ring you ordered is the wrong size, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number where we can organise an exchange for you.
Can I get my ring engraved?
At this stage we do not offer engraving. We hope to have this service avilable soon. To be notified of when this will be avilable, please sign up to our mailing list from the footer of our website.
Where is my order?
If you have not received your order within 5 working days of purchase, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will look further into it for you.
