All orders are dispatched within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has dispatched. All orders will be dispatched next day and sent on an Express Service.

New Zealand: $5NZD - Free NZ Delivery for Orders $50+
Australia: $10NZD - Free AU Delivery for Orders $80+
How long does shipping take?
North Island: Overnight
South Island: 1-2 days
Australia: Overnight-4 days
UK/Europe: 2-4 days
US/Canada: 2-4 days
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification from us. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within the estimated time, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Be sure to enter the correct and full address at check out in order to avoid shipping issues or undeliverable orders. Please also note, we are unable to send to PO Boxes.
We accept exchanges or returns within 14 days from your date of purchase if you change your mind. For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on earrings.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
